I told her, “My lovely Parmis, come to Papa and I’ll teach you how to cook some decent Persian cuisine, like Ghorme Sabzi, Tahchin, Gheimeh, Karafs, Baghali Polo, Zereshkpolo… Your cooking looks nice, These are perfect for a light bite, but a real Persian could easily conquer five plates and still be looking for more! ”
Parmis said, “Papa, when I feel like eating Persian specialties, I go to Mami or come to you. Please don’t get offended, but when I really want to learn Persian cooking, I’d rather go to Mami!”
