The Recipe

For the kebap;
250 gr ground beef (the meat you buy for burger is the best for kebap as well ~0,5 lb)
1 chili Pepper
1/3 red pepper
4 green peppers
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon salt

For the red onions with sumac, parsley;
2 red onions
7-8 sprigs of parsley
1 pinch of salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1,5 tablespoons sumac
