Susage & Cheese Calzones recipe
My family loves it when I make calzones for dinner! When was the last time you made a calzone?
Servings: 4 large calzones
Ingredients
Dough
1 tablespoon instant dry yeast
1 tablespoon brown sugar1 teaspoons salt
1 1/3 cups warm water approx. 105 degrees F
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 to 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Filling
1 pound ground pork sausage
1 red bell pepper seeded and diced
1 green bell pepper seeded and diced
8 ounces mushrooms sliced
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
